I had a retreatment of a root canal I had a few years ago and Dr Brandon was quick and kind. I appreciated them getting me in quickly for a consult and helping with pain management until I could get in for the full procedure. Overall great experience and their team is quick to make sure you’re comfortable. Bonus I got a warm towel at the end of the procedure which was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. My consultation appointment was calm, efficient, and informative, which is exactly what I needed. I felt comfortable asking questions and appreciated that I was given clear explanations and choices when discussing my treatment plan. For my procedure appointment, I needed to have two root canals completed in one sitting. I have significant dental anxiety, sensory processing difficulties, and I struggle to communicate when I’m under a high amount of stress. Despite my initial fears, the staff created a very calm and supportive environment. The team was patient, reassuring, and attentive to my needs, which allowed me to stay regulated and feel comfortable throughout the entire two-hour appointment. The post-procedure instructions were clear and concise, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown by everyone at this clinic. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent dental care, especially those who experience dental anxiety or have sensory and communication needs.

I had a root canal done here, and Dr. Lang was amazing and very fast and caring. I’m someone who has had traumatic experiences growing up with dental issues, and Dr. Lang made me feel comfortable. However, the reason this office is receiving 3 stars is because of the staff. This is by far, the worst staff I have ever met in my whole life. From receptionists to select dentist assistants, the all have a bad attitude, tone and are argumentative with everyone that walks through that door. Without Dr Lang, they would receive 0 stars from me.

I had 2 root canals this morning. The entire staff was so kind especially Margaret ( who can understand garbled speech better than anyone I know) and Dr. Brandon. I was asked multiple times if I was ok ( I was) and if I felt ok. I also had a root canal several years ago that Dr. Brandon and the same treatment of me, not just my tooth occurred. It’s one thing to be cared for, it’s another to be cared about which is what I felt. Hopefully I won’t need another treatment however if I do, I will definitely return to Kent Endodontics. 1st impression in May was not impressive. This office was small and very noisy with mix dental equipments sounds, plus people were talking over each other. One guy was shouting loudly and rudely in Chinese on the phone, and to the receptionist. All of these were happening while an important(to me) paid consultation was given in the same area. Dr. Peter Yamamura apologized for the chaos around us (bad timing). Wished he had taken me into an office(a private room with a closed door), so we could have a reasonable space for a consultation, even my regular dentist had her own office to talk to me about dental plans. I e-mailed Dr. Peter plenty of questions after the consultation to help making an important decision. Both him and his book-keeper were responsive. Everything was upfront and clear. Dr. Peter answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner. That’s very rare nowadays because most people don’t have the patience to read. And usually only one question was answered when you had asked three. Just had my Root Canal Retreatment therapy done this week, it went smoothly with no pain at all. Hope a good decision makes a positive outcome.
